The CIS type 194-LD light duty folding coffin box bollard has been developed for applications needing a more cost effective and lighter folding bollard. CIS Street Furniture were pioneers of the original heavy duty version of this product in the early 1990s. This product has been imitated by many but never bettered in use or function.
This new version will fill the void between the more expensive heavy duty version and the budget above ground folding bollards. Ground box and lid are supplied galvanised with the plain steel bollard available galvanised or galvanised and polyester powder coated. The bollard can also be provided in stainless steel to give a more contemporary look.

When not in use the bollard sits in a below ground box. With simple lift and drop movement the bollard is locked in the vertical position. Three different tops can be supplied to match other bollards from our range.
